On 15.06.2023, the contempt petition was closed and the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'For reporting compliance'

Today, Mrs.Geetha Thamaraiselvan, learned Special Government Pleader, for the respondent has stated that the petitioner's representation has been duly considered by the respondent and orders have been passed in Na.Ka.No.7/3790/2022 dated 21.07.2023.

A copy of the said proceedings dated 21.07.2023, has also been placed before this Court. Thus, the order passed by this Court dated 15.06.2023 has been complied with.

If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the said order dated 21.07.2023.
