Respondents Prayer :- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondents, especially the second respondent relating to his proceedings made in Memorandum No.9642/E3/2000, dated 13.02.2009 rejecting the Petitioner's claim for equal pay on par with his junior, applying the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Revised Scales of Pay Rules, 1998, as confirmed by the first respondent pursuant to his proceedings made in Memorandum No.49270/A5/2010 dated 04.03.2011 and quash the same as null and void, illegal and invalid and consequently restoring the proceedings No.E3/4030/98 dated 01.03.2000 issued by the second respondent upholding the Petitioner's entitlement for stepping up of the pay on par with the pay scale allowed to Thiru.N.Padmanabhan with effect from 16.07.1997 besides his entitlement to draw the arrears/difference in pay will all attendant benefits. ORDER
