ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.33031 of 2025 on 02.12.2025, passed by this Court in Para No.6(b), that the petitioner shall stay at Cuddalore and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee, daily at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.33031 of 2025 on 02.12.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
