PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the second respondent to investigate the crime taken by 2nd respondent for the complaint dated 16.04.2016 submitted by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent in time bound manner as per the direction of this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to investigate on the complaint given by the petitioner on 16.04.2016.

2.It is seen from records that there is money dispute between the petitioner and the respondent and the complaint was lodged in the year 2016. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
