This petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the charge sheet filed in C.C.No.45 of 2014 before the Additional Mahalir Court, Kanchipuram District at Chengalpet in so far as the petitioners/A2 & A3 are concern. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.45 of 2014 before the learned Additional Mahalir Court, Kanchipuram District, chengalpet on 19.07.2018 and the same was ended in acquittal. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
