O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The sole respondent appears in person and he has filed an affidavit along with photographs to show that the attempted construction has been stopped.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also produced a notice issued by a counsel under instructions from Mr.R.Syed Inayathullah, who is said to be in occupation of the property and making an illegal construction, offering to handover possession of the property to the Muthavalli.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. The appearance of the respondent is recorded and dispensed with for the future hearing.
