When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that subsequently bail was granted to all the petitioners by imposing certain conditions and the petitioners complying the conditions regularly.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation and filed charge sheet https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur and the same was transferred to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem, due to jurisdiction.

In view of the above submissions, the petitioners are directed to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court, while granting bail and also appear before the trial Court on all the date of hearing of the case. With the above directions, these criminal original petitions are disposed of.

Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
