O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the husband of the detenue for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. It is seen that the petitioner's wife Usha had left the matrimonial home on account of discord and on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.643 of 2014 for woman missing has been registered by the respondent police on 04.05.2014 and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation is pending. This Court finds that there is no illegal detention by any one warranting issuance of Habeas Corpus. However, this Court directs the respondent police to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.643 of 2014 and if any information is obtained about the missing of the lady, the same shall be informed to the petitioner.
