ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.01.2020 and to refund the excess amount of Rs.1,31,488/-, which was

remitted by the petitioner under a Challan, dated 27.08.2019 in Account No.DPC-021760800 AT 2730, to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. A perusal of the counter filed by the fourth respondent reveals that admittedly, the petitioner, inadvertently, deposited the amount through the Sub-Treasury.

4. Therefore, the fourth respondent is directed to refund the excess amount, which was paid by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already paid.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
