ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on 28.11.2025 in para 7(i) in Crl.M.P.No.22915 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1853 of 2025.
2.It is seen that this Court has suspended the sentence imposed on the petitioner, however, the petitioner is still in custody, as the petitioner is unable to produce a blood relative as surety as directed by the order of this Court dated 28.11.2025 in para 7(i).
3. Para 7(i) of the order dated 28.11.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.22915 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1853 of 2025 is modified as below: "The sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner/accused shall be suspended and the petitioner/accused shall be released on bail on condition that he shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a likesum to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (FTC), Tiruppur;"
4.The criminal miscellaneous petition is accordingly ordered. 04.02.2026 Tsg
