JUDGMENT

This Appeal Suit has been filed as against the Judgment and decree dated 21.08.2012 passed in O.S.No.384 of 2006 by the Additional District Judge, Kancheepuram District at Chengapattu insofar as its grants 1/7th share to the respondents 1 to 4 in Item Nos.1 to 7, 9, 16-19, 23, 25, 26, 28-32, 37, 38, 40, 41 and 43.

2. When the matter was called on 20.12.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed to-day i.e., on 21.12.2023, under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. Today also, when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. Hence, this Appeal Suit is dismissed for 'non prosecution'. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
