ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to pay difference in leave salary and difference in gratuity as per 15th wage settlement dated 29.05.2025 with 10 percent interest to the petitioners
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioners joined in the service of the respondent Corporation. After retirement, they were paid terminal benefits based on the salary paid. 15th settlement benefit was not extended to the petitioners. Therefore, claiming the difference in gratuity and leave salary, the petitioners have made representation on various dates to the respondents and the same was not considered. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' representation within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
