3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned on payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of two (2) weeks from today.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
