[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN,J.] This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order dated 11.03.2015 passed by the first respondent in I.A.No.630/2014 in AIR 288/2014. 2.When this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the delay was condoned and the main case has been proceeded further and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication herein. 3.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
