Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions in para 5(b) imposed by this Hon`ble court in Crl OP.No.32703/2019 order dated 20.12.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SHANMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the 4th Additional District Sessions Court, City Civil Court, Chennai everyday till the completion of the trial.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is irregular in appearing before the Court. He has not appeared before the Court from 23.12.2020.
