The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition in view of the fact that the allotment of the plot has already been cancelled by the respondents. However, he seeks liberty to challenge the cancellation order in the manner known to the petitioner under law.

2. After recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the cancellation order referred to supra in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
