Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd and 4th respondents hereinto survey petitioner property situated at North Chennai Registration District, Konnur Sub Register Office, Muggappair Village, Satthalvar Street, bearing survey No.502/8 and 502/10 New Survey No.12/1 and 12/2. Plot Schedule A extended 4533 sq.ft and scheduled B extended 6324 Sq.Ft and overall total extended 10,857 sq.ft petitioner/application dated 03.03.2020. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd and 4th respondents hereinto survey petitioner property situated at North Chennai Registration District, Konnur Sub Register Office, Muggappair Village, Satthalvar Street, bearing survey No.502/8 and 502/10 New Survey No.12/1 and 12/2. Plot Schedule A extended 4533 sq.ft and scheduled B extended 6324 Sq.Ft and overall total extended 10,857 sq.ft petitioner/application dated 03.03.2020.

2.Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 4 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 10.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the third respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the third respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
