HCP.No.1014/2015 S.TAMILVANAN J., AND C.T.SELVAM J., [Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.,] This Court, on 07.05.2015, granted thirty days parole to the detenu Suriya Gandhi, son of Raman Gounder, from 6.00 a.m. on 11.05.2015 to 6.00 p.m. on 10.06.2015 for getting treatment for his ailment. The Registry was also directed to post the above miscellaneous petition today for reporting compliance.

2.Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of this Court was complied with and the detenu was put back to prison on 10.06.2015.

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
