The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents particularly, the third respondent not to harass the petitioner with the peaceful possession of property in Old Survey No.152/3, New Re-Survey No.148/6, to an extent of Hectare 0.41.0, Irumbai Panchayath, Vanoor Taluk, Villupuram District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the matter has been seized by the Regional Divisional Officer for conducting an appropriate enquiry and the petitioner as well as the interested parties shall appear before him, for enquiry.

3. Since the dispute between the parties is civil in nature, the respondents are directed not to harass the petitioner but advise the parties to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief in the manner known to law.
