This writ petition has been filed to quash the order, dated 11/12/2014, passed by the first respondent in Proc.05/057/01388/000.

2. Heard Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel for the petitioner. There is no representation on behalf of the first respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has handed over the possession to the second respondent. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and the same may be dismissed as infructous. Learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. Page No:2/4
