M/S.D.Lakshmipathy Order This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order passed in a Transfer Criminal Miscellaneous petition. In the Transfer Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, allegations were levelled against a particular Presiding Officer.

It is now informed by both the learned counsel appearing on either side that the said Presiding Officer is no more presiding over the Court of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition has now become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as infructuous and the parties are directed to approach the very same Court viz., District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai in DVC No.3 of 2024 and agitate their respective rights and contentions in the manner known to law. No costs.
