This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.A3/8209/2011 dated 24.11.2011 issued under Section 107 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the proceedings under Section 107 is only for a period of one year. Hence, after a lapse of 7 years nothing survives in this petition.
