ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify one of the conditions imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.6(b) in
Crl.OP.No.28091 of 2024 dated 06.02.2025 regarding the appearance of the petitioner before the concerned trial Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that now the respondent police has filed final report before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Tiruppur, the same was taken on file in C.C.No.1178 of 2025 and the matter is posted for committal on 04.02.2026 and hence prays to allow this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and opposed to allow this petition.
4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition regarding the appearance of the petitioner before the concerned trial Court to the effect that '' the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court-II, Tiruppur District on all working days at 10.30a.m., till 04.02.2026''. The other conditions imposed by the Court shall remain intact.
5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
