(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/mother of the detenu to grant leave for a period of thirty days to the detenu R.Palanisamy, Son of Rajan (late), aged about 27 years, now confined https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai-66, for solemnizing his marriage with one M.Durgadevi on 22.05.2015.

2.This Court, on 28.04.2015, granted parole to the detenu R.Palanisamy, Son of Rajan (late), aged about 27 years, Life Convict No.5362, from 06.00 a.m. on 20.05.2015 to 6.00 p.m. on 25.05.2015 for solemnizing his marriage. The Registry was also directed to post the matter today for reporting compliance.

3.Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of this Court was complied with and the detenu was put back to prison on 25.05.2015, at 6.00 p.m., itself.

4.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is closed.
