O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.According to the revision petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition has been filed for the speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.323 of 2008 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Chengalpattu. 3.On a perusal of the records, an Interlocutory Application is pending before the District Munsif Court, Chengalpattu. At this stage,

this Court cannot issue an appropriate direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.323 of 2008, within time fixed by this Court.

4.Taking into consideration that the suit is of the year 2008 and therefore, the learned District Munsif, Chengalpattu is directed to dispose of the Interlocutory application pending in the aforesaid suit as expeditiously as possible.

5.The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
