This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner herein. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that so far no complaint is received against the petitioner and hence the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.
