ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.10.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 87 of BNS, 5(1), 6(1) of POCSO Act, 9 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, in Crime No.69 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is 3rd bail petition. Earlier bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 16.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.34448 of 2025 on the following reasons: "2. Earlier this Court dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.32550 of 2025 by order dated 27.11.2025. On the very next day, the petitioner filed another bail petition seeking the very same relief, without even obtaining a copy of the earlier order. This clearly shows that the petitioner has abused the process of law. Since there is no change in circumstances to revisit the earlier order established before this Court, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner."

3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
