These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 3226 days in filing the application, to set aside the order of abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant Ramakrishnappa and to bring the petitioners 2 to 5 herein in the above S.A.No.144 of 1996.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the respondent.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions and since the respondents have given no objection in allowing these petitions, these petitions are ordered. 4.

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
