ORDER
This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to revoke and cancel the Sale Deeds dated 11.07.2019, vide Document No.3877 of 2019, registered by virtue of General Power of Attorney dated 07.06.2010, vide Document No.696 of 2010 and dated 11.08.2021, vide Document No.5263 of 2021 pertaining to immovable property residential plot No.664 in "Soodamanipuram" layout in Old T.S.No.1339/P, New T.S.No.1587/1, vide S.No.3, Block No.46.
2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.11.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, the fourth respondent and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
