(Ms.) No.540 dated 04.12.2014 to remove the encroachment which is situated in S.No.72/1B measuring 0-40.70 Ares in Adayalampattu Village, Maduravayal Taluk, Thiruvallur District, forthwith by considering the petitioner's petition dated 11.07.2017 and representation dated 16.12.2017.

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition has been filed seeking directions on the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.12.2017 seeking to remove the encroachment in S.No.72/1B measuring 0-40.70 Ares in Adayalampattu Village, Maduravayal Taluk, Thiruvallur District, and take action as per G.O. (Ms.) No.540 dated 04.12.2014.
2.After hearing the learned counsel for parties, we direct the official respondents, particularly respondent No.4/Tahsildar, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.12.2017, by causing an inspection of the area in question within a fortnight. If any encroachment is found, the official respondents shall take action in accordance with law, after putting on notice all concerned, particularly the 6th respondent before us, and conclude the proceedings within two months from the date of inspection.
