This petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate to dispose the case in Crime No.8 of 2016 and CMP No.3 of 2016, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Wallajahpet, Vellore District. 2.It is seen that on 21.09.2015, the petitioner has parked his tractor at Vanniyamedu Panchayat New M.G.Nagar for business purpose. The next day, it was found missing. Hence the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police. The respondent police searched the vehicle and found out the vehicle and also informed the petitioner that a case has been filed and the tractor was seized in Crime No.8 of 2016. Therefore, the petitioner filed a petition in C.M.P.No.3 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate for return of his vehicle. Since no orders have been passed, the present petition has been filed with the aforesaid prayer.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering that the case is of the year 2016, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Wallajahpet, is directed to dispose of the petition in CMP.No.3 of 2016, within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
