(CRIME NO.6/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioners Crl.MP.No. 8916/2021 in Crl.OP. No. 13119 of 2021 dated 08.9.2021 concerned the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police , All Women Police Station, Gummidipoondi, Thiruvallur District every Monday at 10.30. AM till the filling of charge sheet and thereafter appear before the trial court order and every hearing date until further orders and thus render justice. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8916 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.13119 of 2021 on 08.09.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and thereafter, the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates without fail.
