ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Ms.S.Yogalakshmi, learned counsel for Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. The civil revision petition is filed seeking directions against respondent No.1 from continuing application in T.S.A.No.384 of 2019 on the ground that the same is untenable in law.

3. The application in T.S.A.No.384 of 2019 is sub judice before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore. The petitioners may make their submissions before the Debts Recovery Tribunal in the pending proceedings. It will not be appropriate to entertain the present petition on the grounds, as enumerated.

4. The civil revision petition, as such, is disposed of. It is

made clear that we have not decided the contentions on merits. All contentions of the respective parties are kept open. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.1557 of 2024 is closed.
