Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Letter No.2481/E1/CH/N/2018 dated 22.11.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to grant lift license for the two lifts in the building of the Petitioner at Door No.542 TTK Road, Alwarpet, Chennai.
