When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be closed, as the prayer sought in this writ petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the legal heirship certificate sought for by the Petitioner has been uploaded by the Respondent in the web-site.
