By order dated 07.01.2019, this Court appointed Mr.Devarajan, Senior Legal Executive of the applicant company, as Receiver, to seize and possess the vehicle in question.

2. Pursuant to the warrant of commission issued by this Court to seize the vehicle, it is today represented by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that the subject asset has been seized on 04.02.2019 and handed over to the applicant's authorized agent by the Receiver. He would also confirm that proceedings for arbitration in connection with the transaction relating to the aforesaid asset have been concluded and an award has been passed favouring the applicant on 09.04.2018. The statement is recorded.

3. Notice sent to the respondent has been returned with an endorsement "Not known". Hence paper publication was effected. Though the name of the respondent has been printed in the cause list, none appears on her behalf. Hence, service is held sufficient. http://www.judis.nic.in
