This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 19 days in filing the Second Appeal.

2. Though notice has been served on the respondents and even their names have been printed in the cause list, no one has appeared on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 & 5.

3. Mr.V.L.Nehru, learned counsel entered appearance for the fourth respondent and he expressed that he has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 19 days is condoned.
