This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.190 of 2016 pending on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the FIR was registered in the year 2016 and the petitioner approached the respondent on various dates to expedite the investigation but till now no action has been taken. Stating so, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for a direction to the respondent police to file final report within a stipulated time frame.
