ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 3, to provide police protection to petitioner and also for the peaceful enjoyment of petitioner property situated at ward No.43AQ, Kumarapalayam, Block No.1, TSLR No.2/2, Old Survey No.594/1B, to an extent of 36 cents of vacant land, on the basis of petitioner's representation cum complaint dated 16.12.2024. 2.

On instruction, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that on receipt of the complaint, they issued summon to the petitioner. However, the petitioner failed to appear before them for enquriy. Therefore, the complaint lodged by the petitioner was closed.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted

that the petitioner was never served with any summon for enquiry. 4.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the third respondent is directed to issue fresh notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 8, for enquiry and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 5.

With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
