2. C.M.P.No.312 of 2015 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant.

3. C.M.P.No.313 of 2015 is filed to bring on record the petitioners herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and rank them as appellants 2 to 4 in S.A.No.808 of 2003.

4. C.M.P.No.314 of 2015 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent in the above Second 1/4

Appeal.

5. C.M.P.No.315 of 2015 is filed to bring on record the respondents herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent and rank them as respondents 2 to 4 in S.A.No.808 of 2003.

6. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for the above petitions being ordered. Accordingly, the petitions are ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed carry out necessary amendment and post the matter for hearing on 02.03.2023.
