ORDER
(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN, J) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.
2. The alleged detenue, Amal, daughter of the petitioner, aged about 21 years is produced by the first respondent. The second respondent is also present. The mother, brother and sister of the alleged detenue and the parents of the second respondent were also present.

3. When we enquired, the alleged detenue told that she was a major, aged about 21 years and she married voluntarily the second respondent and they are living together as husband and wife and she expressed her willingness to go along with the second respondent. Recording the submission made by the alleged detnue, a major, that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
