In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.23529 of 2024 dated 25.09.2024 and issue fresh order copy.

Further, time is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of fresh order copy, to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioner, by this Court vide order dated 25.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23529 of 2024.
