Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to pay a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs towards compensation for the loss of the petitioner's wife since the death, caused to the medical negligence committed by the first respondent.
