(Order of the court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner /appellant to grant leave to file a third party appeal against the common order dated 17.11.2022 passed insofar as W.P. No. 36827 of 2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant submitted that out of 254 Assistant Professors selected and appointed pursuant to three advertisements, only 237 Assistant Professors have been arrayed as Respondents in the writ petitions in W.P. No. 19939 of 2014 and 36827 of 2016. However, by the impugned order, the selection and appointment of 17 Assistant Professors, who were not at all parties to the writ petitions, were also set aside. Hence, the petitioner who is one of such 17 persons and is aggrieved by the order passed in the writ petition, may be granted leave to file the third party appeal.
