This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 5(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.31044 of 2024, dated 16.12.2024, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 5(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.31044 of 2024 dated 16.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate II, Viruddhachalam on 06.02.2025 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Viruddhachalam. 4.
