This matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. This Court, by its order dated 29.07.2020, directed the Registry to return the papers in C.R.P.No.447 of 2020 to the learned counsel for the petitioner on record for the purpose of converting the Civil Revision Petition into the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal along with Demand Draft.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the papers have not been returned to him till date, he was not in a position to comply with the order of this Court.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, a direction is given to the Registry to return the papers in C.R.P.No.447 of 2020 forthwith to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. The petitioner shall take further steps to convert the Civil Revision Petition into the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal along with Demand Draft within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of return of the papers in C.R.P.No.447 of 2020.
