Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i)Pass an order of interim stay staying the operation of the order passed by the respondent in TN/RO/AMB/PENSION/SBI/ 201630-215043/2018 dated 27.2.2018, (in WMP.No.9000/2018)and (ii)Pass an order of interim stay staying the operation of the order passed by the respondent in TN/RO/AMB/PENSION/SBI/ 37556-215044/2018 dated 27.2.2018,(in WMP.No.9003/2018) pending disposal of the above WP.Nos.7242 & 7243/2018 respectively. Order: These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.PARAMASIVA DOSS, Advocate for the petitioner in each the petitions and of M/S.J.SATHYANARAYANAPRASAD, Advocate for the respondents in both the petitions the court made the following order:-

The interim stay granted by this Court on 28.3.2018 is made absolute.
