In particular, the amendment prayed for is in relation to the boundaries of the property.

2. This application is liable to be allowed because the applicant seeks to amend the boundaries so that such boundaries tally with the boundaries specified in the relevant sale deed. Consequently, this application is allowed as prayed for. The petitioner shall carry out the amendments in the petition on or before 03.02.2023.
