ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 11.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.30892 of 2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Palakkarai Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He would further submit that investigation is still pending.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
