This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.12 of 2013 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem.

2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or by his respective counsel.

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the respondent Police would submit that the case in P.R.C.No.12 of 2013 on committal was tried against the petitioner and others in S.C.No.182 of 2014 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Salem. trial in S.C.No.182 of 2014, the accused have been convicted and the case has been disposed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore by its Judgment dated 12.03.2015. 4.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the above case and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
